Refund Policy

No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Any returns will be at the sole discretion of LA Vocal Booths and are subject to a restocking fee and freight charges. If you refuse your purchase at the time of drop off, you will be responsible for charges and fees that are accumulated. In the event we have to store your product in our warehouse, whether you are unavailable or refuse to pick up your product, we will charge a storage rate of $250/day. You will be responsible for all shipping charges moving forward. Any damage that occurs during shipping or delivery must be reported to LA Vocal Booths within five business days. I assume responsibility for any damage not reported to LA Vocal Booths. In the event that delivery is not accepted for any reason, I agree to pay in full, all shipping charges including all charges incurred for return freight and restocking charges. Compliance with local, state and national building codes and standards are my responsibility. Any alterations to the LA Vocal Booths will void the warranty.
