Overview

LA Vocal Booths are available with 2 ventilation options: Standard, and Premium.

Each option is designed for a different ventilation need, from using your own airflow setup to choosing a full system with fan noise and air noise control.

Standard: For airflow between recordings or during rehearsal. This system is not silent and is not intended to be used while recording.
Premium: For recording with ventilation running. This option includes a silencing system so you can record with the fans on.

Standard and Premium both use an intake fan to push air into the booth and an exhaust fan to pull air out of the booth.

Important Note

Ventilation quantities vary based on booth size. Larger booths may require different quantities than smaller booths.

Fan isolation boxes are included with Standard and Premium ventilation. Silencer boxes are only included with Premium ventilation.

Standard Ventilation

Standard ventilation includes an intake fan that pushes air into the booth and an exhaust fan that pulls air out of the booth.

This option is meant to be used between recordings or during rehearsal. It is not silent, so the fans should not be used while recording.

Best For: Airflow between recordings or during rehearsal
What It Does: Moves air into and out of the booth using intake and exhaust fans
What It Does Not Do: Does not silence the airflow enough for recording with the fans on
Recording Use: Fans should be turned off while recording

The fan isolation boxes help reduce the noise of the fans. Standard ventilation does not include silencer boxes to reduce the sound of moving air.

Premium Ventilation

Premium ventilation includes an intake fan that pushes air into the booth and an exhaust fan that pulls air out of the booth.

This option includes fan isolation boxes and silencer boxes. The silencer boxes help reduce the noise of moving air so you can record with the fans on.

Best For: Recording with ventilation running
What It Does: Moves air into and out of the booth while reducing fan noise and airflow noise
What It Does Not Do: Does not remove the need to choose the correct ventilation quantity for the booth size
Recording Use: Designed so you can record with the fans on
